Peace on Earth

image

O holy night
The stars are brightly shining
It is the night of our dear Savior’s birth
Long lay the world in sin and error pining
‘Til He appeared and the soul felt its worth
A thrill of hope, the weary world rejoices
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn

Fall on your knees
O hear the angel voices
O night divine
O night when Christ was born

Truly He taught us to love one another
His law is Love and His gospel is peace
Chains shall He break, for the slave is our brother
And in His name all oppression shall cease
Sweet hymns of joy in grateful chorus raise we
Let all within us praise His holy name

Christ is the Lord
Oh praise His name forever
His power and glory ever more proclaim
Oh night divine
Oh night, when Christ was born

Happy Christmas Eve

It’s another Hayden-along day!

Gayle has been busy. She’s camera shy though, so Olivia is modeling for her.

Aren’t they lovely?

Katrina said she “inadvertently” participated in the knitalong when she needed a quick Christmas gift, so she whipped one out and it’s pretty in pink. (Scroll down to December 7th).

Any other Haydens out there? I have yarn for one more set aside, but I haven’t found the time yet.

I stayed up ’til 2:30 am making pants for Olivia’s doll. I really enjoyed it. It was so quiet and peaceful. I still need to knit her sweater and attach hair and feet. I’d also like to make an outfit for Abby’s doll. And I need to wrap everything. Better go.
