Health Group- Year 4, week 23

I did pretty good this week, though I didn’t do my weights and core strengthening like I’d hoped. But I ate well. Lots of vegetables. Lots of water. Minimal sugar.

My skin is better already.

    I did pilates twice, for about 15 minutes total. Having a hysterectomy does a number on your abs. But it felt good. I also switched from coke to coke zero in an effort to cut the calories, and I find it not bad. And I have been trying to get to bed earlier. But that is not going as well.
