Health Group- Year 4, week 28

Good morning! I had a great week last week. I met my calorie targets Tues, Wed, Th, and close on Friday. I exercised all of those days, plus Saturday, doing weights twice. I feel good.

    Yee HAW! Good for you. I did my exercises yesterday, hurt my hip, and gimped around all day today.

    Sweater is coming along beautifully – you inspire me. (tomorrow I order the yarn for a sweater coat for myself. Just finished a lace scarf for mom, and am attempting to make a hat to match. I’m on my third start. It’s lace weight yarn and I don’t have a pattern. I think I’ve got it worked out though.
