Health Group- Year 4, week 44

Hi all. I took a couple walks this week. Counted some calories. Ate too much.

    It’s been a good week diet wise. I restarted my diet on Monday and thought I was about to starve to death…but by Wed. I was doing pretty good. I will weight in on monday. But all in all it’s going well. I need to drink more water which is always my biggest downfall. Exercise is still an issue because my right heel is killing me….but I’ll get to that hopefully soon.

    Once I get my wheel I can’t wait to start coming to the meetings. I can’t wait to start!!!!

    I hope your weekend is filled with coolness. It’s waaaaaaaaay too hot for me out there. I am going to go and sit in front the fan now 🙂

    Not on a diet yet – keep thinking I am and then proceed to blow it.

    I have managed to not gain back any of the 20 lbs I lost a few months ago, but this week I was ravenous–ate about 3 times what I should, all good healthy food but not in the amounts I am eating. I still need to lose a lot of weigh (5’5″ and 196 lbs.)

    Only one walk this week. Arghhhhhh. No excuses, it’s been nice and cool in NYC (60’s).

    Don’t be too harsh on yourselves, girls. I am 58 and my main regret in life is the time I wasted feeling I was not thin or pretty enough.
