Health Group- week 27

Well, I haven’t exercised. I haven’t been eating too good. The good news is that I’ve only gained a few pounds, like about three, so that’s nice. This sort-of-not-feeling-good is really holding me up, but I do legitimately feel much better. I think that next week will be a good one. I miss the exercise, I miss the vegetables and healthy eating. It is so stupid how, when I enjoy eating well, I still eat crap instead, just because it’s more convenient. Blah.

Anyway, I am very enthusiastic for next week. Strength and energy are returning.

Let me know how you’re week has been. Brag to me. I want to cheer for you!

being bak to work this past week really helped me cut down on the snacking problem and the spring water dispenser near my office also helped.

I’m still not doing the exercise thing–small steps though 🙂 I want to take this slow so it doesnt seem like a big deal–more like small changes i can adjust to forever.

i’m sorry you are sick! i hope you get some good knitting time in!

Thanks for adding me to the Done list. I knitted up a little one for my daughter as well. Hope you feel better soon.

I actually did well this week, for a pregnant person. I went swimming once, did a hard great prenatal yoga class once, and did two big walks. The midwife says I’m eating right – except for the gingerale – even though I feel like I’m eating enough for three people.

My next goal is to get yoga and swimming up to 2 times each. This sounds so easy, but has so far been impossible while pregnant. Try try again. 🙂

Good job ladies. Larissa, there’s nothing wrong with gingerale. I find it quite soothing.

OK so maybe it is 3am and I am feeling vulnerable… but this health watch sounds like a great idea. I would love to join along. My first hurdle is to find the 3 month Y membership that I won in a silent auction.
