Health Group- Year 2, week 20

I feel rotten. Absolutely bleh. It’s been a busy week, and I really only rested Tuesday and Wednesday. We slept in ’til 10 this morning and after making breakfast, I went back to bed to knit. Now we’re up to make lunch.

I need to eat better, but nothing sounds good. I did an hour of weights and physical therapy on Monday, and it felt really good, but that is all I managed this week. I’ll keep trying.

Today I weighed in at 230, so the pounds are starting to show up. And my belly is swelling, which I enjoy. Even though some people don’t think I look pregnant, just bigger. And you know who you are :-). Fortunately, it’s not my husband.

All I know is that when I am standing up, and I look down, I can see stomach poking out past my huge chest. And that only happens to me when I’m pregnant.

Sorry to be a downer. I feel so awful, I don’t have any spunk today. How’d you do this week Health Groupers?

    Oh mama. I know you don’t know me but I do know how hard it all is and know how you feel. I just wanted you to know I hear yah.

    I’ve been having problems with my motivation this week, and I only want to eat things that are either sweet or fat or preferably both… I blame the autumn weather, the days are getting shorter and I hate the dark.

    Of course I did what any knitter would, and ordered some yarn to cheer me up. 😉 Yay!

    When I hear you’re feeling crappy I always feel bad for you. As you know I’ve got one kid, and when I feel crappy I can’t keep up with the stuff I need to be doing around the house – dinner, laundry, tidying up, etc. You’ve got 3 to worry about and the prospect of keeping up with everything for you when you’re feeling bad seems awful. I hope this all passes soon and you can enjoy the rest of your pregnancy.

    Sorry you’ve been feeling down… I love when the belly starts popping out as well. It gives you a nice place to rest your mug of tea…
