Health Group- Year 4, week 8

This was a great week. I ate great. I exercised three times. I’m a little lighter on the scale today, but that’s probably because I didn’t eat enough yesterday.

This morning, my friend had about 4 dozen donuts at her house when I stopped by on my exercise walk, and I resisted.

    One word: lousy. Andy bought me a big piece of german chocolate cake today and some sunflowers. Its been a week. I’m so glad you are doing great though!!! An inspiration to me! Here’s to next week being better! 🙂

    Good job resisting those donuts!!! We’ve been eating out (fast food) way too much this week, but I think I may still be down because we’ve been doing a ton of yard work. (Weeding can be incredible exercise!)

    Doing great! This week was *finally* back on my diet. I exercised and so far I’ve lost 12 lbs! So…I’d say that’s pretty darned good! Of course most of that was probaby water weight but hey! It’s still off of me! Next week I get to eat veggies again…I’m oh so excited! 🙂

    Hey ! This week was good for me too. I’ve been excercising my golden retriver puppy. We jog about 4x a week! Have been now for the past 3 weeks. Feeling great. I’ve also started doing 2 reps of 20 sit-up/crunch things that I saw on tv. Seems to be working! Glad to hear everyone staying the course!
