Health Group- Year 4, week 26

Hi all. I did ok. No exercise, but I’ve been a little under the weather. I’ve been watching what I’ve been eating though. At least, Thursday through today.

How is your week?

    I’m back on the bandwagon again. I worked out twice at the gym this week and did some squats and lunges today. It’s tough but worth it. I can’t let all that work I did this summer go to waste!

    Im tired, cranky, sore and going through sugar withdrawls. :o) I’ve been on the elliptical and back on the diet. Thank goodness I never went back to caffeine after the last time. It would be unbearable now. The sugar (or lack there of) headache and foggy brain is bad enough. But I’m sticking with it. I made a promise to myself that after the holidays were up…I was back to it. And I have been. It’s not easy the first week though. Hopefully next week (when I can have veggies too) will be better. I’m very much looking forward to a salad!!!

    Back at the gym and loving it! Been taking yoga and eating fairly well. I think my waist is bigger, but I’ve been doing lots of ab work, so hopefully it is gearing up to shrink!!!!
